Eastbourne Lammas Festival
Eastbourne's annual free festival of music dance and entertainment

Well the Eastbourne Lammas Festival is over for another year...

The sun shone down on us and we reckon 2011 was one of the best yet and the Eastbourne Lammas Festival Committee would like to thank everyone who made this possible:

The musicians and dancers who entertained us

The trade stalls and the caterers

The stewards, volunteers and security staff

The Eastbourne Lifeboat crew who put on the rescue demonstration

And finally anyone not mentioned above and everyone who attended who made this such a special event!

We raised £1069 for the RNLI over the weekend, taking our total since the festival started to over £9,000!

We will now be taking a well deserved rest before we start planning next year's festival!

Subject to licence, the next festival will take place on 28th - 29th July 2012

In the meantime please visit our photos page for pictures of the 2011 festival

We are always looking for volunteers to help staff future festivals - sadly we cannot offer payment or expenses, however if you want a rewarding weekend and can help with collecting, setting up/taking down and stewarding at the festival we'd love to hear from you.
